The World’s Future Workforce is African. Let’s Build It.
By 2050, 25% of the global population will be African (UN, 2022). To realize the African Union’s Agenda 2063 and reverse a sub-1% global research output (UNESCO, 2021), AGSIFF is driving the critical shift from a consumer economy to a knowledge-based powerhouse fueled by youth STEM education.

Through his leadership across these platforms, he has supported thousands of entrepreneurs and small businesses through capacity building, market access, enterprise development, grant proposal development, and ecosystem partnerships. His agribusiness project work includes supporting SMEs, agripreneurs, and producer-led enterprises with export readiness, value-chain development, market linkages, investment preparation, buyer engagement, and practical advisory support across agriculture and food systems. In his role at Founders Club International, Nicholas supports investment mobilization and deal flow by helping connect high-potential enterprises and impact-driven opportunities with investors, strategic partners, and growth capital. His work consistently champions models that place local communities, traditional knowledge holders, and grassroots actors at the center of development processes rather than at the margins.
Nicholas brings a strong interest in how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, can be applied ethically and responsibly to advance human well-being, protect cultural knowledge, and strengthen community-led solutions. He is particularly interested in frameworks that recognize Indigenous and traditional knowledge systems not as relics of the past, but as living intelligence that can inform healthier, more inclusive, and more sustainable futures. His perspective emphasizes dignity, co-creation, local ownership, and the importance of ensuring that innovation supports rights, livelihoods, and long-term resilience.
A Climatebase Fellow and Terra.do climate fellow, Nicholas is also pursuing graduate studies in Development Management at American University.
